We were honoured last Friday when The Club appeared on Premier League TV's, Welcome to the Weekend!

They were in Sheffield covering the pre-match for Sheffield United vs West Ham United on Sunday.

We gave Ayo (Presenter) and the TV crew, a tour of the inner workings of The World's First, as well as the history of The Club and what the future holds.

Ayo told us he went to university in Sheffield and was so happy to be here.

"I loved my time in Sheffield, it's a proper footballing city and the people are just great. Whenever people mention Sheffield United or Sheffield Wednesday, I always tell them that Sheffield FC are the oldest football club in the world and that Sheffield is The Home of Football."

Ayo, has been a presenter on Blue Peter and Inside Out. He also reports for Football Focus and Match of the Day.
