Sheffield FC Women are delighted to announce Nick Buxton as the new manager.
Nick takes the helm after John Bennett and his backroom staff stepped down earlier in the month
Buxton, who spent 3 years at Doncaster Rovers Belles working alongside Andy Butler, stepped into first-team management for the 2022-23 season guiding the team to 2nd place and a County Cup final. He also had a spell at Bradford City.
Nick will be joined by Charlotte Dinsdale as his First Team Coach. Dinsdale who played under Buxton at Doncaster Rovers Belles, built her coaching experience after a spell at Middlesbrough as part of the backroom staff.
Jake Gregory joins as Strength and Conditioning Coach who worked with Buxton during the 2022-23 season.

Buxton takes charge of his first game on Sunday as Sheffield takes on Barnsley Women in the Second Round of the FAWNL Plate.
