A tough weekend for Club as we travel to West Yorkshire to take on title contenders Liversedge at the Clayborn Ground (kick-off 3pm)

 

Well what can we say about Tuesday night? It was a great result as we came from 2-1 behind to come out on top 3-2 against 9th placed Yorkshire Amateur. We’ll be looking to push on with that result towards the back end of the season.

 

Liversedge have been sitting at the top of the league most of the season with only one defeat coming against our recent opponents Yorkshire Amateur so who knows? They currently sit 2nd in the table behind Marske United with a game in hand and only 3 points behind.

 

The last time we faced Liversedge earlier in the season, it was a fierce encounter at the Tuffnells Home of Football Stadium  on a cold Tuesday night in September. Liversedge came out on top 2-0 with goals coming from Allott and Atkinson.
