"I want to encourage anyone with a disability in football or any other sport, to keep going and always believe in your dreams" - George Allison

Read the story behind George Allison's inspirational 8 years at The World's First Football Club.
I joined Sheffield FC Disability in 2017 from Sheffield Rangers Disability. I then played for Sheffield FC disability for 5 years, and it was the best years of my life, developing my game to make a dream come true, which was climbing higher in the football pyramid.
I love representing The Club, the fans, and many other people who have helped me on my journey. My disability is Autism Spectrum Disorder, and I was born with it when I was brought into the world in 2001.
My decision to make the move to Sheffield FC Development was in 2022, when I got a message from the SFC Disability Chairman, Pete Donohoe, who recommended me to the Sheffield FC Development management team. The lads were and have been amazing and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better set of lads and coaching staff.
Geoff and the coaches (Jon and Brad) have been brilliant. They have worked so hard this season in helping us reach our goal of winning the Central Midlands Division 1 title.
My dream would be to make it into the first team, and hopefully one day this can be made a reality as I love playing for the badge.
I want to encourage anyone with a disability in football or any other sport, to keep going and always believe in your dreams. Never let anyone affect you in any hate of your disability, and show why disability in sports is a good thing.
