Sheffield FC are pleased to announce the signing of Ben Whelan on a 3-month loan deal.

Ben is a 19-year old defender who fans might recall being on loan last season from Fleetwood Town.

Whelan’s performance at The Club was notable, earning him two Man of the Match awards and a goal in his nine appearances.

The promising young talent joins from Bradford Park Avenue, bringing with him NPL East experience gained.

The Club’s latest addition will be available for our trip to Sherwood Colliery on Wednesday evening.
