Sheffield Football Club, commonly known as The World’s First Football Club, compete in the Northern Premier League East and strive for excellence both on and off the pitch. As part of our commitment to maintaining high standards, we are seeking a dedicated Equipment Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The Equipment Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that our players are fully equipped and prepared for training matches. This role involves managing the inventory of team kits and equipment, and ensuring that all equipment is in excellent condition. The person will also be responsible for organising and setting up the dressing room before matches and providing support to players and coaching staff as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the inventory of team kits, training gear, and equipment.
• Ensure that all kits and equipment are clean, organized, and in good condition.
• Set up the dressing room before matches, including laying out kits, and other gear.
• Provide support to players and coaching staff during training sessions and matches.
• Drop off and collect kit from the Laundrette

Requirements:
• Previous experience as an equipment manager or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Attend over 75% of home and away games (training sessions desirable but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by match schedules.
