Stateside Guests Enjoy Their Visit

Sheffield FC played host to international visitors this week, as partners Massive Soccer from USA paid a visit to the World’s First, taking in some pre-season competition as well as visiting some of the area’s outstanding beauty spots.

Firstly, The World’s First FC international 5v5 tournament was a real success, seeing 18 teams turn out at SGP Graves Training Facility.

Pictured above, Seth Duston President of Treasure Coast United in association with Massive Soccer coaching USA presented the man of the match award to Club keeper Brett Souter, at the end of Tuesday’s game versus Sheffield United.

Later in the week the visitors were treated to a hike in the local countryside by Derbyshire Culture tour Peter Amos, which gave our stateside friends a taste of our surroundings, whilst spending some more energy walking in the hills.

We hope everyone enjoyed their visit, and that they all take fond memories of Sheffield and the birthplace of Football back home.
