Sheffield Through To Next Stage Of Women's Challenge Cup

Sheffield eased through their third round Sheffield & Hallamshire Women's Challenge Cup tie last Sunday thanks to a 7-0 win away at Hepworth United. 

With a bye through the opening two rounds, it was Club's first appearance in the competition for three years, being ineligible to take part whilst members of the FA Women's Super League. 

The visitors controlled the game from the off with Jade Butcher nodding Sheffield into the lead early on, and Lisa Giampalma and Millee Clarke (2) adding to the score before the break. 

There were to be debut competitive Club goals in the second half for both Molly Johnson (a penalty) and Molly Havard (2) to ensure Sheffield's passage to the quarter-finals.
